Sentiment Score now 0-100

The Appbot Sentiment Score has had a facelift as well as some big changes under the hood. Our Sentiment Score is now on a scale from 0 (very negative sentiment) to 100 (very positive sentiment), instead of using a report-card style grade from A+ to D-. We've updated it to take full advantages of the updates we made to our Sentiment AI earlier this year.
